We are looking for a skilled & passionate Project Manager to join our E-Commerce tribe in Goettingen!

As our Project Manager, you will independently coordinate the members of your e-commerce team and implement projects together with them. You will lead your team, be primarily in charge of their output and act as a confident role model in terms of motivation, drive and focus.

Your Tasks:
- You lead one or more E-commerce teams and are in charge of their output
- Take responsibility by always supporting your E-commerce team in the best possible way
- Manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
- Be a role model for your team, keep spirits high and let every project benefit from your drive
- Identify issues and find the most efficient and pragmatic solution
- Bring in your own ideas and creations – we provide you with the necessary space to do so
- Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
What To Bring With You::
- Experience in IT project management, preferably in e-commerce.
- A deep understanding of technology and e-commerce, business processes as well as functional dependencies
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, the desire to take on responsibilities and an irrepressible will to go the extra mile
- You think analytically, are data-driven and focus on efficiency and delivering solutions
- Excellent German language skills
- You speak fluent English and enjoy working with international colleagues
