Christoph Stützer has been part of our Göttingen team since August 2025 - and has been providing fresh energy in media design ever since. With coffee as fuel, creativity in his head and a large portion of team spirit, he brings exactly what Blackbit is all about: Ideas that not only look good, but also come to life as a team.
Hello Christoph, welcome to Blackbit! And thank you for taking the time for this interview. Have you settled in well with us?
Yes, I've been warmly welcomed into the team, love the interaction and the team spirit and already feel very much at home here.
That makes us very happy. How did you find your way to us?
From basketball to agency life - I worked as a media designer at Pro Basketball GmbH Göttingen and realized while working with Blackbit that it was a good fit! Switching to the team was then only a matter of time.
What experience did you have before Blackbit?
I learned my trade at Camsight, where I also spent the first few years of my career after my apprenticeship. This gave me a solid foundation to build on.
What do you do at Blackbit?
Everything to do with media design. I would describe my job as varied, sometimes creative, sometimes technical - but always as part of a team.
What applications do you work with?
I mainly work with Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Lightroom, Canva - and, yes, ChatGPT.
What does a perfect day at the agency look like for you?
That's quite simple: a strong coffee to start and a task that is exciting, brings variety and lets me get creative.
That sounds like a typical day with us!
What would you not want to do without in your day at the agency:
Clearly: coffee, my team & headphones
What do you do when you're not at your desk?
Away from agency life, I prefer to be on the move. Whether jogging at the Kiessee lake, with an analog camera in my hand or relaxing with friends - get out of the office and into life.
If you could have dinner with a famous person, who would it be and why?
Definitely the Gorillaz singer: Damon Albarn, because I think he's a really creative person.
What do you think is completely overrated?
Licorice
What superpower would you like to have?
Being able to keep things tidy.
One last question at the end: Which app would you no longer want to do without?
Spotify
Thanks for the interview - we're delighted to have you at Blackbit - here's to exciting projects, creative ideas and plenty of humorous serenity in the office!
Kerstin is a media designer and proofreader—everything set in Latin letters at Blackbit has been scrutinized by her eagle eye. Her meticulousness stems from a deep love of language. And because all is fair in love and war, she mercilessly wields her red pen in the fight against awkward phrasing, clumsy metaphors, and lame comparisons.
